Red Truck Fresh Produce is a partnership between Eastern Market Corporation and Community Growth Partners. These two local non-profits formed Red Truck Fresh Produce in order to provide access to fresh produce in Eastern Market District six days a week and give tips on using produce in dishes. We also opened the store to improve job access to veterans. We are proud to work with workforce development partners like Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit to provide workers with a full understanding of food retail operations.

Red Truck also focuses on increasing markets for Michigan-grown food and Detroit-based businesses. We look to expand on these offerings as we move forward by working with Eastern Market farmers and organizations like FoodLab Detroit and Keep Growing Detroit.
